Philippe Le Corre is a Senior Fellow with the Harvard Kennedy School’s Mossavar-Rahmani Center for Business and Government and the Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs. He is also a non-resident Senior Fellow with Carnegie Endowment for International Peace in Washington. He was previously a Fellow at The Brookings Institution. Le Corre served as Special Assistant for international affairs to the French defense minister from 2004-2007, and as a Senior Policy Adviser on Asia. He also worked as a partner with Publicis, where he led a team of advisers to the Shanghai World Expo 2010 Organizing Committee. He started his career as a foreign correspondent in Asia then in London, where he served as president of the Foreign Press Club. He has written for The Wall Street Journal, The Financial Times, The South China Morning Post, Le Monde, Les Echos and Foreign Affairs among others. His last book is China’s Offensive in Europe (Brookings Press, 2016)
