Dr Angeliki Dimitriadi is Research Fellow at ΕLIAMEP and Head of the Migration Unit. Her principal areas of research and teaching are migration management and asylum policies from a European and international perspective, and transit migration in the south-eastern Mediterranean. Her current research focuses on the norms and values in the EU post-refugee crisis. She regularly comments in the international and Greek media on current migration issues, acts as a reviewer for academic journals and consults for private institutions and national agencies on migration policy. She was a Visiting Fellow on migration issues, at the European Council on Foreign Relations in Berlin between October 2015 and April 2016.
