Dinos Adrianopoulos began his professional career at the Bank of Central Greece in 1982 as Credit Officer. In 1989 he worked at Saatchi & Saatchi Direct as Account Director.  From 1993 until 1998 he worked at Eurobank as Marketing & Communication Manager and from 1998 until 2004 he worked at DDB Athens as Client Service Director. 

At the beginning of 2005 and for 11 years he was Deputy Managing Director at CIVITAS /KETCHUM, a leading Public Relations Agency in Greece, supporting a large number of accounts and projects for national and multinational companies from the  private and public sector.

From 2016 until today he keeps the role of the  General Manager at Touchpoint Strategies, a PR agency member of Ogilvy Group in Greece. 

He holds a BA in Business Administration from Deree College, and a Diploma in Leadership from Athens University of Economics and Business & from Cass Business School City, University of London.
