Mr. Benroubi is the GENERAL MANAGER-ELECTRIC POWER B.U./PROTERGIA of MYTILINEOS S.A. He is also the MANAGING DIRECTOR of KORINTHOS POWER S.A. and the Chairman and/or CEO of all MYTILINEOS S.A. RES Companies. 

He joined MYTILINEOS Group in January 2006 and has held the positions of Chairman and CEO of Protergia Agios Nikolaos Power (until it merged with Mytilineos), Chairman of the BoD of ENDESA HELLAS, Zinc-Lead Metallurgy Group Director, CEO of DELTA PROJECT (Renewable Energy) and CEO of ELVO S.A. (Defense Industry).

Since October 2012, he is the Vice President of the Hellenic Association of Independent Power Producers (HAIPP) and from November 2015 until April 2017 he also held the position of Vice President of the Greek Association of RES Electricity Producers. 

He started his career with TITAN Cement S.A., where he worked for 25 years and ultimately held the position of Cement Division Executive Director-Greece. In 2004 and for the next 2 years he joined VIOHALCO Group as CEO of ELVAL S.A. 

Born in 1954 at Thessaloniki, Mr. Benroubi holds a B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from Rice University (USA) and a M.Sc in Management from Troy State University (USA).
