Born in Xanthi in 1962, Iordanis Hasapopoulos entered journalism in 1987. He worked as a reporter in newspapers Augi, Epikaitotita and Vradini. Also he worked at radio – stations,  Athens 9.84 and Skai 100.3. He started his television career in 1992 at Skai Tv until 1994. Since then and for the last 23 years, he is working in the television Mega Channel. At the beginning as a reporter he covers matters affecting the citizens and the society as well issues concerning trade unions. He has a lot of experience during many missions in Greece and abroad, as well as in war zones. Since 1996 covered the political and parliamentary reporting. For many years has covered Summit Meeting and government missions in many countries. For the last 10 years his the presenter of the popular morning Tv-Show News every  weekend at Mega Channel. In November 2016 he became  Editorial Director  at newspaper Vradini of Sunday.
